Regan 

With a background from Appalachian State and experience in a championship-winning program, I’ve learned firsthand the value of grit, perseverance, and unlocking your maximum potential. That mindset has shaped my entire career—helping people push beyond their limits, not just in fitness but in life.Throughout the years, I’ve worked closely with clients in their homes, guiding them toward their fitness goals, teaching them how to cook healthier meals, navigate grocery shopping, and develop lasting habits that create sustainable results. Now, my focus is on a holistic, functional approach to health—helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives by prioritizing strength, nutrition, mental resilience, and recovery. As a dad of five, I understand the unique challenges parents face when trying to balance their own health with the demands of family life. That’s why I’m especially passionate about helping parents reach their full potential—showing them that they don’t have to sacrifice their well-being while caring for their loved ones.

Mandy 

Hi, I’m Mandy—a proud mom of five, fitness enthusiast, and advocate for moms reclaiming their health without the overwhelm.

I know firsthand how easy it is for moms to put themselves last. From navigating postpartum recovery multiple times (including two C-sections) to juggling life as a full-time working mom, stay-at-home mom, single mom, stepmom, and everything in between—I’ve lived it all. The mental load of motherhood is real, but I’ve learned one powerful truth: taking care of yourself isn’t selfish; it’s essential.

After losing over 50 pounds postpartum and getting into the best shape of my life as a mom, I knew I had to share what I’d learned. That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to helping other moms take back their health—without crazy diets, endless hours in the gym, or sacrificing their sanity.

I make fitness and nutrition simple, practical, and realistic for busy moms. No complicated meal plans, no unrealistic expectations—just effective strategies that fit into real mom life (yes, even with picky eaters and a packed schedule!). As an avid Aldi shopper, I create macro-friendly meals that are budget-conscious and family-approved.

Motherhood is demanding, but that doesn’t mean your health has to take a backseat. You deserve to feel strong, energized, and confident. Let’s make it happen—together.

When I first started working out at Garage Gym, I was out of shape and had my energy was pretty low. My trainer, Regan, was very attentive to my needs and concerns and developed meal plans and workouts specifically for me. I have been working out at Garage Gym for over a year now and am in the best shape of my life!
